Postage and Returns/Refunds Policy
The price payable by you will be the price of the ceramics as advertised on the Website at the time of acceptance of your order, together with all relevant postage and taxes. Payment will be taken by credit/debit card through our payment service provider, PayPay.
Please note that orders for delivery outside of the UK may be subject to additional import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the destination. These are payable by you to the courier at the time of delivery.
Deliveries to the Channel Islands and UK mainland will be charged at a flat rate of £3.99 for orders under £30 and £5.85 for order over £30. You may choose to collect from my Market Shop at 51 Central Market, St Helier. There is an option to choose a UK Premium (tracked and signed for) postage by adding £6 to above rates. Delivery to European countries will be charged at £6.99 for orders under £30 and £14.85 for order over £30.You may choose a European Premium (tracked and signed for) postage by adding £7 to above rates. The rest of the world postage is only available in Premium (tracked and signed for) postage at a rate of £17.99 for order under £30 and £31.85 for order over £30.
Your order will normally be ready for collection or be dispatched by Jane James within 7 days of receiving your order. If your order is being ‘made to order’ then it will be dispatched within 28 days. You will be notified by e-mail when your ceramics are being posted/ready for collection.
We hope you are happy with your purchases from Jane James however if for any reason you are not, we can offer an exchange or refund on any item as long as it is returned in its original packaging and in a saleable condition within 28 days of receipt. Refunds and exchanges can be made at any of our galleries in Jersey
Alternatively please return to: Jane James Ceramics Studio, 20 Commercial Buildings, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3NB. If you receive a faulty or damaged good, please contact us within 7 working days and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. With the exception of faulty items, we are unable to reimburse postage costs. We would recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting in case for whatever reason the parcel fails to reach us.
Refunds will normally be made as a credit to your payment card and will be processed via the original tender used. Please note it can take 3-4 working days for any refunds processed to appear on your card statement.
